YES. We accept orders from all over the world. We can easily deliver to your family or contacts across the entire country of Zimbabwe. We have partnered with experienced and reputable couriers to make delivery even to the most remote areas possible. Please view OUR DELIVERY ZONES to see areas we deliver to and the associated cost estimations. Final delivery cost depends on the items purchased.

Yes, we make deliveries across the entire country of Zimbabwe. Orders will be delivered door to door in all the major towns and cities. However, if your order is for delivery in the rural or peri urban areas, collection will have to be made by the recipient from their nearest designated pickup office. Please ensure that you supply us with the recipient’s valid phone number and ID details so that we can contact them should the need arise.

Downloadable items are delivered immediately. For all others, please refer to our OUR DELIVERY ZONES page for details.

The delivery fee ranges from $5 depending on the method of delivery, delivery agency chosen, product, distance and urgency. Contact us for urgent deliveries.

COD is accepted by some businesses on ZimShoppingMalls. Check with the specific vendor for more details.

Delivery will be attempted once only. Please make sure there is someone available for delivery of the goods to avoid additional delivery costs.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within 1-20 minutes depending on your email server. If you do not receive your receipt within 30minutes, please check your SPAM folder, as our email to you may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox. If there is nothing in your inbox and spam folders after 30 minutes, please immediately contact us for assistance.

Please note that we do not stock all the products at our offices because we can’t possibly store all the products from our suppliers. Product information is provided on our website and if you need more information, you contact us via email or telephone.

A good example to us would be ebay. They don’t keep the items on site themselves, just like us, the items will be in many different places, depending on the supplier of the item. They, like us, provide a convenient way for you, the valued client, to shop online, save and make a payment via different methods and have the items delivered to your door step.
